Curly Maple abbreviated pickguard, aka, finger rest
This finger rest is unbound and 5 1/4 " x 21/8" with 1/8" cantilevered mounting strip. Some instrument's fingerboards, such as Eastman, hang over the fretboard extension. This pickguard has a mounting strip that extends so it can slide under the fingerboard for a more secure fit. You can trim or sand as needed for your individual instrument. It comes with mounting pins, and directions. This finger rest is shaped like those on F5 mandolins. Nitrocellulose lacquer finish
