Hi,
I'm Doug, one of the founding members of No turning Back.
This is my last year with the group. My wife and I are relocating to
Kerrville, Texas to be closer to the grandkids.
I live with Markeeta, my lovely wife of 32 years. Together we have
four wonderful children, three great son-in-laws, three grandsons and
one granddaughter.
I play mandolin, fiddle, and guitar with the band. I also sing the high
harmony parts. I have written many songs but only one has made the
cut with NTB so far. I am also the group's webmaster and sound
technician for our 3rd Friday Shows. I've played guitar for many
years, mandolin for seven, and fiddle for three. I do not claim to be
good at any but I do love it.
I am an active member of College Heights Baptist Church in
Cleburne, Texas. I was saved at the age of 29 at CHBC and take the
opportunity to share my testimony as often as possible without being
pushy.
